Use of Grounds for Ceremony - $700
Have the outdoor or indoor ceremony of your dreams. For that extra special outdoor experience we have available our riverside two-tiered gazebo with seating for all of your guests. If you prefer an elegant indoor setting, get married in the ballroom with seating for all of your guests. Your ceremony will include 30 minutes of added time and a full staff on hand. One hour of rehearsal time is also included.


Overtime - $500
Give your guests the opportunity to dance the night away. Extend your wedding reception as long as you need. Overtime includes exclusive use of the function hall and grounds with a full staff. Overtime must be decided on and paid for no later than two hours prior to the end of your reception. (limited availability)


Open Bar - $1250 and up
Your guests will enjoy an open bar during the cocktail hour or for the entire wedding reception. The open bar includes beer, wine, cordials, and top shelf liquor. Only pay for what your guests drink.


Seating Board - $325
An elegant, framed, full color seating board (chart) with your choice of  background image (replaces seating cards).


Passed Hors D'oeuvres - $5.00 for one    $11.95 for three   (priced per person)
Guests will enjoy, passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Choose hot and/or cold hors d’oeuvres from our menu.


Multi-Tiered Flowing Beverage Fountain - $300
Add a touch of elegance to your cocktail hour with a multi-tiered, flowing beverage fountain. Choose from sparkling champagne, margaritas, mimosas, or planters punch. Unlimited refills throughout the cocktail hour are included.


Champagne and Strawberry Toast - $2.00 per person
Add a touch of class to your special toast. Filled with bubbling champagne and rimmed with a fresh strawberry, every glass will be raised and enjoyed, commemorating your special day.


Chocolate Fountain - $6.00 per person
Dessert will be remembered by all after sampling from our three-tiered chocolate fountain served along with fresh fruit and assorted cookies. Served for two hours with a personal attendant after dinner. Refills are included.


Ambient Uplighting - $700 (basic) - $1200 (enhanced)
Enhance the appearance of your reception with ambient uplighting. Our LED fixtures are cool to the touch and battery operated. They are strategically placed around the perimeter of the room for maximum effect. With over 15,000 colors to choose from, enhance your existing color scheme or choose a subtle contrast for that perfect look.


Customized Monogram - $350
Complete your personalized wedding theme with a custom monogram on the dance floor. This monogram is specifically designed with your names or initials and wedding date. Available in a multitude of styles.


Photobooth - $1000
Add an extra touch of entertainment with a "Photobooth" on your special day! You and your guests will enjoy time spent together taking photos and making new memories to have...forever. A scrapbook of all of you and your guests' photobooth memories is included. Party props included upon request.


Centerpieces - $7.00 per table
Create a romantic setting with a beautiful, three tiered, floating candle centerpiece.


Chair Covers and Organza Sashes - $6.00 per person
Elegant chair covers with your choice of sash color will compliment any linens and enhance the look of the ballroom. Available in a multitude of styles and colors--additional upgrades available upon request. Add floor length table cloths and accent overlays to complete the look.


Floor Length Table Cloths - $22 per table
Add to the décor of the room with floor length tablecloths. Available in a multitude of styles and colors. Add an accent overlay for an extra special touch. Upgrades available upon request.


Organza Table Accent Overlays and Runners - $13 per table
Add to the décor of the room with a table  accent overlay or table runner. Available in a multitude of styles and colors.

Artistically Designed Wedding Cake with Cutting and Serving - $4.00 per slice
During your cake design consultation, choose from an assortment of flavors, shapes, and sizes. (cake upgrades available)

Invitations - $400
Notify your friends and family and ask them to help share in your special day with customized invitations. With your choice of many included styles and colors, your one hundred wedding invitations, reception cards, rsvp cards and accompanying envelopes will be customized for your special day. Upgrades are available.


Limousine Service - $400
Arrive in style in an eight passenger white stretched limousine. Included is single trip transportation to the ceremony and reception with "Red Carpet" service. Also available for post wedding transportation. (upgrades and additional limousines available)


Shuttle Service - $600
Your guests will travel to and from your wedding safely and in style with round trip, hotel to reception shuttle service. A 14-passenger van will shuttle your guests to your wedding ceremony for three hours (starting 90 minutes prior to the ceremony) and return your guests to their hotel for three hours (starting 90 minutes prior to the end of the reception). This service is available for weddings with on-site ceremonies at the Canoe Club Ballroom.

Complete Floral Package- $600
Your complete floral package includes a bouquet for the bride, four bridesmaids' bouquets, two mothers' bouquets, a boutonniere for the groom, four ushers' boutonnieres, and two fathers' boutonnieres. (substitutions and upgrades available)


Complete Entertainment Package - $1400
Enjoy five hours of continuous entertainment with one professional DJ/emcee. Dance your day away with a selection of over 50,000 songs played on a high quality sound system. (also available for ceremonies)


Complete Photography Package - $1700
Capture your wedding day with seven hours of coverage from a professional photographer. A proof  DVD with all of your high resolution images is included. (albums and upgrades available)


Complete Videography Package - $1400
Capture the live sounds and action of your wedding day with up to eight hours of coverage from a professional videographer. Your friends and family will enjoy reliving the day by watching your full length DVD with chapters, and a highlight video with black/white, slow motion, and artistic effects. Your DVD’s are presented with custom cases and labels. (upgrades available)
