The staff at the Canoe Club Ballroom wants to make sure your upcoming event runs as smoothly as possible. Our goal is to make sure that your event is perfect and that every detail is as you envisioned.

Please fill out the form below so we can have all the information about your upcoming event. Options without pricing is included otherwise items are prices as listed. All prices are subject to a 20% admin fee and a 7% MA/Local meals tax. All "per person" items are subject to a minimum guest count of 60.

Private Event Details

When planning your event please remember:

• The information below must be filled out and submitted no later than 17 days prior to the event
• Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event and the balance can be paid:
  • At the CCB - cash, credit/debit card, bank check, or money order 
  • Online - credit/debit card only (click here)
• You are allowed access to the Canoe Club Ballroom one hour prior to the start of the event for decorating and setup. Please remember no alcohol, glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, medicines, or gum may be be used within our grounds, as table decorations, or as favors.
• Feel free to setup an appointment during the week of your event to dropoff centerpieces, favors, table decor, etc.
• Please make sure to notify the Canoe Club ballroom if any member on your guestlist had food allergies of any type.
