The flexibility of our Bar Mitzvah and Quinceanera packages allows you to create your own personalized event. We understand that our packages will not fit the needs of every family, so you are able to create your own. Whether you choose a simple package and personalize it with options or choose our inclusive package, you will have the Bar Mitzvah or Quinceanera that exceeds your every desire without paying for the extras that you do not need.

Weddings, proms, mitzvahs, and quinceaneras may be booked at any time. All other events must be booked within 4 months of the date of your event.

The Canoe Club Ballroom provides a special “kid friendly” buffet and soda bar for the children at your bar mitzvah. This buffet includes all of the fun and favorite menu items that children are fond of. Served buffet style, the children’s buffet is setup for serving at the start of the first course of the adult dinner. A personal attendant will be assigned to the kids for the entire evening and will supervise the buffet and free soda bar ensuring that all children eat and drink, and ready for an evening of dancing, games, and fun. The children’s buffet is available for groups of 20 or more children. When adding hors d’oeuvres, the children’s hors d’oeuvres are stationary.

Ice Cream Sundae Bar
A favorite with all kids is the ice cream sundae bar. Customize your sundae with your favorite ice cream and any combination of your favorite topping.

Extend your event for as long as you need. Overtime includes exclusive use of the grand ballroom and courtyard with a full staff. Overtime must be decided on and paid for no later than two hours prior to the end of your event. (limited availability). ($300.00 for a half-hour.)

OPEN BAR - $1000 and up
Your guests will enjoy an open bar during the cocktail hour or for the entire event. The open bar includes beer, wine, cordials, and top shelf liquor. Pay only for what your guests drink.

An elegant, full color framed seating board (chart) with your choice of background image (replaces seating cards).

HORS D'OEUVRES - $5.00 for one $12.00 for three (priced per person)
Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Choose hot and/or cold hors d’oeuvres from our menu.
 (Hors d'oeuvres are served stationary with buffet menus)

Add a touch of elegance to your cocktail hour with a multi-tiered, flowing beverage fountain. Choose from sparkling champagne, mimosas, sangria,
margaritas, or planters punch. Unlimited refills throughout the cocktail hour are included.

CHAMPAGNE TOAST - $2.00 per person
Add a touch of class to your special toast. Filled with bubbling champagne, every glass will be raised and enjoyed, commemorating your event.

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN - $6.00 per person
Dessert will be remembered by all after sampling from our three-tiered chocolate fountain served along with fresh fruit and assorted desserts. Served for two hours with a personal attendant after dinner. Refills are included.

Enhance the appearance of your event with ambient uplighting. Our uplighting is strategically placed around the perimeter of the room for maximum effect. With a variety of colors to choose from, enhance your existing color scheme or choose a subtle contrast for that perfect look. Our specialty pin-point lighting will spotlight your centerpiece and add a touch of class. 

Complete your personalized theme with a custom monogram on the dance floor. 

PHOTOBOOTH - $850.00
Add an extra touch of entertainment with a "Photobooth" at your event. You and your guests will enjoy time spent together taking photos and making new memories to have...forever. A scrapbook of all of the guests' photobooth memories is included. Prop box included. (*A $300.00 deposit is required to secure the booth for your special day*)

CENTERPIECES - $7.00 per table
Create a romantic setting with a beautiful, three tiered, floating candle centerpiece. 

CHAIR COVERS AND SASHES - $8.00 per person
Elegant chair covers with your choice of sash color will compliment any linen and enhance the look of the ballroom. Add floor length tablecloths and accent overlays to complete the look.

Elegant chiavari chairs will compliment any linen and enhance the look of the ballroom. Add accent overlays to complete the look. (Silver, Gold, and Clear Chiavari Chairs are $10.00 per person) 

Add to the décor of the room with floor length tablecloths. Available in a multitude of styles and colors.

Arrive in style in an eight passenger white stretched limousine. Included is single trip transportation, with "Red Carpet" service, to the reception and back home at the end of the event. (upgrades available)

Enjoy four hours of continuous entertainment with one professional DJ/emcee. Dance your day away with a selection of over 50,000 songs played on a high quality sound system. (upgrades available)

Capture your day with seven hours of coverage from a professional photographer. A proof DVD or thumbdrive with all of your high resolution images is included. (albums and upgrades available)

Capture the live sounds and action of your day with seven hours of coverage from a professional videographer. Your friends and family will enjoy reliving the day by watching your full length DVD with chapters, and a highlight video with black/white, slow motion, and artistic effects. Your DVD’s are presented with custom cases and labels. (upgrades available)



We have created a payment plan to make the payment process as easy as possible. Bank checks, credit cards, and cash are accepted forms of payment. Below is a list of mandatory payments and their due dates. Any and all scheduled payments are non-refundable. All overpayments are non-refundable but may be used towards upgrades.

- $2,000 is due upon booking with a signed agreement
- $2,000 is due twelve months prior to your event date
- $2,000 is due nine months prior to your event date
- $2,000 is due six months prior to your event date
- $2,000 is due three months prior to your event date
- Final balance is due 10 days prior to your event date


A 20% administration fee and a 7% state and local meals tax will be applied.

Meals for vendors are discounted 50% off of the package price.

We Guarantee that our menu prices will not change between the date of your signed contract and your event date.

All food and beverages must be supplied by the Canoe Club Ballroom only. Cake is the only exception.

The Canoe Club Ballroom requires a minimum guest count of 125 for your event. To ensure that we prepare for the right amount of guests, the final count needs to be confirmed fourteen (14) days prior to the event. This count is final and cannot be changed.

Our event packages include 4 hours of exclusive use of the grand ballroom and courtyard. The times are to be determined when signing the initial agreement.

You may provide your own tables decorations and flowers. Please, no hanging decorations, no glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, or gum to be used within our grounds, as table decorations, or as favors. Bubbles are permitted outside only. Please check with your coordinator.

All uplighting must be provided only by the Canoe Club Ballroom.

All photobooths must be provided only by the Canoe Club Ballroom.

The West Bridgewater Police Department and the Canoe Club Ballroom reserve the right to require a police detail at your event. The customer is responsible for the cost of any required police detail. Contact the Canoe Club Ballroom for more information.
