Your dining experience will begin in our main ballroom and lounge area where your guests will enjoy the cocktail hour. After the grand introductions and first dance, your family and friends will be served a four course, sit-down, plated, meal on our fine china. Before the festivities begin, dessert, coffee and tea will be served completing the dining experience to be remembered by all.

Wedding Cake Serving
Your artistically designed wedding cake will be cut and served as dessert for all of your guests to enjoy! 

Coffee and Tea Station
A beverage station including coffee, hot water and tea will be set up shortly after dinner has concluded. A variety of sweeteners and cream is also included for your guests to enjoy.

A delectable display of assorted cheese and crackers garnished by edible orchids.

Creamy mashed potatoes with sour cream, butter, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, scallions, caramelized onions, broccoli and jalapeños.

4 oz. burgers, served wirth cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, condiments and French fries

Chicken Fingers and Fries Bar - $7
Chicken fingers, French fries and dipping sauces! Honey Mustard, BBQ Sauce & Ketchup 

Ice Cream Sundae Bar - $6
Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry ice cream, hot fudge, caramel, sliced strawberries, chocolate sprinkles, Oreo pieces, M&M's, nuts, whipped cream and cherries are included.

Chocolate Fountain - $6
Dessert will be remembered by all after sampling from our three-tiered chocolate fountain served along with fresh fruit and assorted cookies. Served for two hours with a personal attendant after dinner. Refills are included.

S’mores Bar - $6
Roast jumbo marshmallows and melt Hershey’s chocolate over an open flame and complete your s’mores with a graham cracker base
